By 7:30 AM, I’m usually heading to our first service call. Pittsburgh summers can be surprisingly intense, and we prioritize emergency calls from families with elderly members or young children. Most mornings begin with preventive maintenance appointments, where we:

The afternoon often brings emergency repairs, especially during heat waves. Today’s typical scenario involves diagnosing a failing compressor in Squirrel Hill. These situations require quick thinking and precise technical knowledge to restore comfort to our customers’ homes.
Customer Education
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is helping homeowners understand their HVAC systems. Whether it’s explaining maintenance schedules or sharing energy-saving tips, every service call is an opportunity to build lasting relationships with our Pittsburgh community.
End of Day
As the sun sets, I complete my final service call and ensure all paperwork is properly filed. Before heading home, I restock my van for tomorrow’s appointments, knowing that another day of keeping Pittsburgh comfortable awaits.
