The day starts early in the HVAC industry, and that’s exactly how we like it at Papalia Home Services. As I pull into our headquarters, the morning sun is just beginning to peek through the clouds. The first order of business is our team morning briefing where we review the day’s service calls and emergency requests from overnight.

First Call – 8:00 AM

After loading up my service van with necessary parts and equipment, I head to my first appointment. Today’s initial call involves a heating system maintenance check in Acton. These preventive maintenance visits are crucial – they help homeowners avoid unexpected breakdowns during those brutal New England winters.

Midday Response – 1:00 PM

Following a quick lunch break, I receive a priority call about a malfunctioning air conditioning system in Groton. Summer heat can be just as challenging as winter cold, and ensuring proper cooling is essential for our customers’ comfort and safety.
